Job Purpose:
As a Pharma Commercial Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruitment delivery for commercial organization in both sales and corporate roles.
These responsibilities include some of the following:
Develop strategies for the Sales hiring to drive candidate quality and maximize diversity
Work with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, RPO partners to attract the best talent and deliver under stringent timelines
Manage and deliver our Sales campus program
Develop innovative and relevant attraction campaigns for Marketing and Brand Manager roles
Collaborate with HRBPs to deliver local strategic Talent projects
Filling confidential/sensitive roles by engaging with very senior leaders

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
5+ years’ recruiting experience in a Pharma commercial organization with extensive experience in Sales recruiting
Ability to headhunt, do market mapping and manage senior level candidates
Hands on experience in handling board members and senior leaders
Be a team player, agile, business mindset
Ability to drive initiatives and be proactive
Experience in early careers and campus hiring
High level of agility, empathy, flexibility, discretion, and credibility
Experience working in a matrix environment and the ability to influence others
Operating at pace and agile decision-making – using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigour and risk.
