The PGT English Teacher will teach English language and literature to senior secondary students (Grades 11-12), fostering critical thinking, communication skills, and a passion for the subject.
Deliver lessons in English language and literature based on the curriculum.
Assess and evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and projects.
Provide feedback and support to students for academic growth.
Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
Participate in co-curricular activities like debates, drama, etc.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
Master’s degree in English (M.A. English).
B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
2-3 years of teaching experience, preferably at the senior secondary level.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Strong knowledge of English literature and language.
Proficiency in educational technology
