A Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) specializes in teaching senior secondary students (typically grades 11 and 12) in their subject of expertise. Key responsibilities include:
Lesson Planning and Delivery: Develop and present comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards, ensuring effective instruction in specialized subjects.
Student Assessment: Evaluate and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and examinations, providing constructive feedback to facilitate learning.

Essential qualifications include:
