Job Description:


Performance Testing Architect


Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai/ Kolkata


  • Experience in LoadRunner, LRE, JMeter, Dynatrace APM tool, HP Performance Manager, NeoLoad , Gremlin etc. Certification is desirable.
  • Analyzing Performance Testing requirements, Performance Testing, Troubleshooting, Results, Design Scenarios using Various Performance testing tools
  • Analyze the Architecture and design of infrastructure and platform components from a performance engineering perspective to support the client’s application strategic programs.
  • Analyzing performance requirements of SLAs, volumetrics, performance monitoring and scalability with Business stakeholders.
  • Provide enterprise release execution strategy & Approach plan by considering scope, schedule, and resource. Develop and review the capacity/load profile for all the business scenarios based on the production system/application performance numbers.
  • Develop automated performance scripts, scenarios based on the identified business cases. Monitoring the server statistics during performance scenario execution and initiate troubleshooting with relevant teams perform domain-based execution for each critical business processes to identify the potential bottlenecks and capacity identification.
  • Monitoring system performance post-deployment. Develop and review of performance test results and the analysis of defects.  
  • Analyzing results and identifying opportunities for optimization. Participating in Performance Test Exit reviews.
