We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head 

In this role, you will:

• Devise, implement, and oversee performance and reliability strategies across various HSBC WPB product lines.
• Contribute to the overall process improvement of the Performance Engineering discipline within Channels Transformation.
• Design and implement solutions to evaluate and enhance the performance and scalability of API, web, mobile apps, and cloud-native platforms.
• Support the design and evaluation of new tools, frameworks, and techniques to enhance system performance and stability.
• Mentoring team members to foster professional growth and technical skill enhancement, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Defining and communicating a clear vision for performance engineering, aligning team goals with broader business objectives.
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive performance best practices and influence stakeholders to prioritize performance considerations.
• Leading efforts to identify and implement innovative solutions that enhance performance engineering capabilities.
