We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and self-motivated People & Culture Officer in India! This brand new role will work closely with our global People & Culture team to provide administrative and operational support across the team, as well as driving our recruitment processes in India (and around the world).

What your new job can look like…

At Moodle, no two days will ever be the same, but most days in this role usually involve a mix of:

• Working closely with the P&C Business Partners to provide high quality administrative and operational support across the full employee life cycle. From drafting induction plans to exit interviews to benefits administration and HR system maintenance, and many more.
• Collaborating with P&C and Hiring Managers to support recruitment activities in India, and other regions, to attract the very best talent to Moodle. This might include drafting job ads, interview guides, sourcing applicants and screening candidates, creating a positive candidate experience across the board.
• Supporting the Learning & Development team in the implementation of exciting L&D and organisational development projects.
• Working closely with the P&C team to support, motivate, collaborate and champion workplace culture - we walk the talk!
