On the Job
Top Talent Hunter: Build the best functioning teams, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles
Employee Experience: Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a smooth experience for all employees
Asset, Travel, and Admin Management: Coordinate and manage office assets and admin operations
Finance Management: Collaborate with the finance team to handle payroll processing and expense management
Process Improvement: Analyse data to identify trends, make decisions, and enhance HR strategies
Grievance Addressal: Be the point of contact for employees to address their concerns and providing timely resolutions
Must-haves (Min. qualifications)
Expertise: 5+ years working in human resources function in a tech company
Hiring: Proven experience in building high-functioning tech and non tech teams
People Operations: Worked on employee experience and employee finance management
Team Player: Experience working with a team of 5+ members
And obviously has high empathy for people and the team

Industry Know-How: Experience in both talent acquisition and people operations
