The opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of our HR function through process improvement, stakeholder management, and a keenness to help people.
In this role you will work closely with the Talent team and internal managers to provide a smooth onboarding experience for all new FNZers and will be responsible for ensuring all employee records and compliance are kept up to date. You’ll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge around immigration and general HR legislation as you start to build a solid foundation for a successful career in HR.
