This Business Analyst role will manage activities related to implementing the new Payments and Cash infrastructure for PCC program. Participating in the ACI-RTPS & Temenos-Transact implementation as well as the Agile development and testing for internal applications being developed (Nostro funding, Book Transfer initiation, etc.). The incumbent will be responsible for working with Payment and Cash Operations teams globally as well as end users in the delivery teams to ensure the solutions meet documented business requirements."

- Analyse business needs & document Business Requirements.
- Review and analyse functional specifications.
- Review & provide feedback on system design/specification documents.
- Prepare Test Scenarios, Test Cases and execute Business User Acceptance Testing, Regression Testing, End-to-End System, Integration testing and other Adhoc testing
- Participate in configurations, data mapping, and system implementation tasks.
- Report progress, risks and issues to Project Leads.
- Produce future state operating model and assist with the creation of business procedures.
- Collaboratively work with all PCC program stakeholder group
- Provide required support to Business Units to complete the business scenarios testing
- Investigate on the open defects/issues reported by the team and work closely with system vendors or internal IT teams for prompt resolution;
- Engage with Business SMEs to understand business requirements and liaise with associated PCC Program team (Ex: Automation Team, Dev Team & Other) and ensure that business requirements are met
- Perform Business User Acceptance Testing and proactively manage and close out system defects and issues in line with business expectations;
- Work with Business stakeholders, Business SMEs and Technical teams to support the PCC BUAT and Data Governance workstream responsibilities
- Provide and maintain documentation including Business Requirements documents, Project plans, Test plans, System release notes and Training guides for business users;
- Perform health checks on applications and systems following completion of infrastructure/patching updates and work with IT teams to resolve any issues.
Education & Preferred Qualifications
B. Com., and/or MBA in Finance
What we value
- Experience in Investment Banking Cash and Payments operations
- Experience in UAT/BUAT testing
- Creating test scripts in alignment with Business Requirements Documents,
- Execution of test scripts, documentation of testing status, test case evidences, potential defects encountered in the test execution
- Effective time management
- Having knowledge on analytical and administrative skills
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Jira
- Experience in Agile methodology

Additional requirements
- Having experience in data Lineage and mapping as per the Data Governance
- MS Excel – Macro, DB script, TRANSACT and RTPS configurations
- Technical skills – Automating test cases
- Experience in ACI – Real Time Payments and Transact applications
