Role DescriptionResponsible for processing and advising on payrolls located in Europe and Tunisia. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for contributing to payroll related projects, providing timely and accurate payroll reporting and data to the business as required.Specific Role ResponsibilitiesEnd-to end preparation and processing of the monthly payrolls within the EU Region. Support on other payrolls located in Europe will also form part of the roleFull lifecycle payroll responsibilities including BAU, end of year tasks and audit requirementsAnswering payroll related employee queriesManage the communication with employees and other key stakeholders to obtain relevant information and approvals required for payroll processingPartnering with the People team and Finance for payroll review, approval and other queriesWork in partnership with the People teams to ensure smooth running of payrollsWorking with external payroll providers on the processing of the monthly payrollWork alongside the Regional Payroll Manager on any payroll related audits, reviews and/ or any special payroll related projectsKeep up to date with relevant legislation changes and ensure compliance across all payroll locationsExperience RequiredExperience with running European payrolls from end to endPayroll knowledge of Ireland, France, Tunisia and the Nordics requiredExperience of WorkdayExperience with using outsourced providersSound knowledge of relevant payroll legislationWillingness and ability to learn other payroll legislation in applicable regionConscientious with excellent attention to detailGreat team player committed to excellent customer service and exceeding delivery expectationsExcellent organization and time management skillsProactive self-starter with an ability to work on own without close supervisionFluent in EnglishExcellent communication skillsExperience of CloudPay desiredExperience of other Countries desiredAbout FNZFNZ is committed to opening up wealth so that everyone, everywhere can invest in their future on their terms.
