Job Title: Leader for Enterprise PAVA Business


Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage the sale of our company's PAVA products and services on a national basis. This role involves maintaining relationships and expanding offerings with existing accounts, finding, generating, and developing new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction with our PAVA products and services and supporting the ENT / SMB / Indl sales teams on PAVA. The successful candidate will provide both management and technical leadership, lead the strategic development of the sales function, and address business requirements and goals. Additionally, this role includes selecting, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the sale of the company's PAVA products or services on a national basis.
  • Maintain relationships and expand offerings with existing accounts.
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with company PAVA products and services.
  • Provide both management and technical leadership.
  • Lead the strategic development of the sales function, addressing business requirements and goals.
  • Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Lead the key account management team with a focus on retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.
  • Spearhead the target vertical (Infra and Transpo Vertical, Industrial) business, delivering robust double-digit CAGR growth over five years, with significant profit improvement for premium offerings through strategic market positioning and operational excellence.
  • Lead a dynamic team and foster collaboration across Sales, Product Management, and Marketing along with other functions to drive significant organizational initiatives and growth.
  • Cultivate premium channel partnerships, enhancing business profitability and synergy across the country.
  • Implement Sales force effectiveness tools and strategies, boosting seller capacity and productivity.
  • Advocate for Say/Do commitment, leading to the top brand establishment of PAVA Brand in the market with a major share of demand and significant security growth in Key Accounts.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a large budget and drive business growth.
  • Technical knowledge related to the company's PAVA products and services.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in managing channel partners and infrastructure customers
  • Background in key account management.
