Job Title: Leader for Enterprise PAVA Business
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage the sale of our company's PAVA products and services on a national basis. This role involves maintaining relationships and expanding offerings with existing accounts, finding, generating, and developing new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction with our PAVA products and services and supporting the ENT / SMB / Indl sales teams on PAVA. The successful candidate will provide both management and technical leadership, lead the strategic development of the sales function, and address business requirements and goals. Additionally, this role includes selecting, developing, and evaluating staff to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
