Job Location -Ludhiana, Punjab

• Under close guidance and supervision, administers routine data collection.
• Ability to initiate and manage professional calls with Stuckists, pharmacies, and doctors.
• Skilled in onboarding stockiest, pharmacies, and doctors as per panel requirements.
• Proficient in follow-up communication to maximize engagement and returns.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in the Marketing Research field.
• Ability to Maintain/ Manage a panel of 150+ Stockiest, Retailers and Doctors across the region for monthly data collection.
• Interview skills, especially for consulting projects with Stockiest, Retailers and Doctors.
• Good understanding of Ludhiana’s topography and familiarity with the Punjab region.
• Ability to plan and optimize field activities based on regional insights.
• Fair knowledge of Microsoft Excel for managing routine work, data analysis, and MIS reporting.
• Capable of handling incoming calls from panels, providing prompt responses to routine queries.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to initiate and manage follow-ups to achieve targets.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Strong time management skills to meet deadlines without supervision
  Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent  Req
• One (1) years exposure to medical products and/or doctor’s offices Pref
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to follow established procedures to resolve routine matters.
