About the Role As a Key Account Manager - Sales, you will play a pivotal role in the acquisition and servicing of merchants through our online platforms. You will be responsible for reaching out to merchants daily who register through organic channels and assist them in completing their onboarding journey. This position requires a proactive individual who can thrive in a competitive environment and is passionate about closing business proposals and enhancing merchant satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Initiate and close comprehensive business proposals with potential merchants, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
Guide merchants through the entire onboarding journey, ensuring all documentation is complete and addressing any hurdles they might face during the process.
Act as the primary liaison for merchants, addressing all sales-related queries and providing lifecycle management support. Ensure timely resolution of merchant issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, technical support, and customer service to facilitate effective resolution of complex merchant queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling PayU products to existing merchants, contributing to additional revenue streams and customer success.
Regularly analyze merchant performance and feedback to propose improvements in service delivery and product offerings.
Requirements
We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment. A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently are crucial.
6-10 years of experience in key account management, sales, or customer relationship management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Mandatory experience in the payments domain, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with merchants and understand their business needs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling the management of multiple accounts and the ability to propose effective solutions.
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
