About the Role:
We are looking for a Partner Farming Manager to strengthen relationships with existing partners, maximize their engagement, and drive revenue growth for our e-commerce platform. This role focuses on nurturing and expanding partnerships, optimizing partner performance, and ensuring long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities


  • Partner Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Platforms and technology providers.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
    Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess performance, address challenges, and identify new growth opportunity
    Collaborate with partners to optimize their presence on the platform, including marketing, pricing, and operational support.
  • Performance Optimization & Growth:Analyze partner performance metrics and provide insights to improve lead flow, engagement and retention.
    Develop strategies to enhance partner contributions through promotions and co-marketing initiatives.
    Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to align partner activities with business goals.
    Identify high-potential partners and implement tailored strategies to drive growth on the platform.
  • Onboarding & Training:Support the onboarding of new partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration process.
    Educate partners on platform tools, best practices, and growth strategies.
    Develop training materials and workshops to enhance partner success.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce platforms, ideally in partner management.
  • Proven success in developing and executing partner growth strategies.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience as the primary point of contact for partners.
  • Proficient in analytical and strategic thinking for partner performance optimization.
  • Experience in onboarding new partners and developing training materials.

Good To Have


  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and paid media strategies.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data to create actionable strategies.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, and customer success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
