About the Role:Key Account Manager - Sales would be responsible for acquisition & servicing of Merchants acquired through online platforms. Role Involves reaching out to all merchants on daily basis who are registering through organic channels and helping them complete their onboarding journey.Responsibilities:Initiating and closing on Business proposals.Assistance in onboarding journey. Servicing on all Sales & basic lifecycle management queries Working with cross functional teams for better resolution of merchant queries. Cross-sell of PayU Products to merchants.Requirements:PayU is looking fir self-driven, highlighly motivated individual who can operate in highlighly competitive atmosphere. 6-10 years of experience in Key Accoutn Management/Sales/Customer Relationship Management role.
