About the Role As an Assistant Manager - Sales, you will support the acquisition and servicing of merchants through our online platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting merchants in their onboarding journey, resolving queries, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This role requires a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the growth of PayU through exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Assist in initiating business proposals by gathering necessary information and preparing documentation for potential merchants.
Support merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring all their inquiries are addressed and the documentation is complete.
Provide frontline support for basic lifecycle management queries, ensuring a positive merchant experience.
Collaborate with senior sales team members and cross-functional teams to resolve complex queries and improve service delivery.
Assist in identifying opportunities for cross-selling PayU products to enhance merchant relationships and drive revenue growth.
Collect and analyze merchant feedback to identify areas for improvement in onboarding and servicing processes.
Requirements
We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
3-5 years of experience in sales support, account management, or customer service roles.
Experience in the payments or financial services industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Ability and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to changing business needs and environments.
