About the Role:


  • As an Assistant Manager in the Outbound Sales Team at PayU, you will be responsible for driving sales through both online and offline channels. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong understanding of the digital payments ecosystem who are eager to grow in a dynamic sales environment. 

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients in the digital payments space.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.

Requirements:


  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the digital payments or fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Digital Payments’ ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
