About the Role As an Analyst Sales, you will be responsible for supporting various sales activities, including assisting in the onboarding of merchants, handling initial inquiries, and analyzing sales data to provide insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities
Assist in collecting and organizing information for new business proposals and supporting the sales pipeline.
Support the onboarding process by helping merchants with their initial inquiries and ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Provide frontline support for basic lifecycle management queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
Work with the sales team to monitor and track sales performance metrics and help prepare reports to identify trends and insights.
Assist in updating sales materials and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights and updates on merchant-related activities and performance.
Requirements
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual eager to learn and grow in a supportive and dynamic environment.
1-2 years of experience in sales support, data analysis, or customer service roles.
Experience in the payments or financial services industry is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Basic analytical skills and the ability to work with data to draw meaningful insights.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
