Job Developer Responsibilities:- Lead, design, develop, deploy and maintain mission critical applications using OutSystems for Enterprise applications.- Architect robust and scalable solutions using OutSystems, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards.- Participate in all phases of the Enterprise application development life cycle as appropriate; including, but not limited to gathering customer requirements, defining technical requirements, creating high level architecture diagrams and training sessions.- Act as a subject matter expert on OutSystems within the organization, providing guidance and support to other teams as needed.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the team.- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.- Perform code optimization, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system integrity. Ensure technical success and deliver quality.- Test and prepare demonstrations.- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in OutSystems development, incorporating new technologies and practices into our projects where applicable.- Engage in OutSystems development and maintenance Projects and drive them to closure.- Lead different aspects of Reactive Web Apps and Mobile Apps development using OutSystems.Web Developer Requirements:- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of Experience in OutSystems projects (ideally +2 years on Technical Lead roles);- Experience in developing Out systems web application using Reactive Web App.- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Experience in mentoring and coaching junior developers, fostering their professional growth and development.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.- Experience with leading other members of the development team in design, development, implementation, peer code reviews, and technical meetings.- Experience in using OutSystems Discovery Tools & Architecture Dashboard to provide strong OutSystems application architecture and minimize technical debts is a plus.- Good knowledge of web-screen, module, lifecycle events, roles, aggregates, timers.- Understanding of Architecture dashboard and Discovery tool.- Solid understanding of Outsystems 3 layer canvas, best practices and security features.- Good knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.- Proven experience in developing integrations with other systems (e.g. Consume/expose REST and SOAP APIs, create Extensions, etc.).- Good knowledge of UX design principles and ability to apply them when building applications/solutions.- Ability to analyse different types of logs (e.g. error logs, monitoring logs and performance logs) and ability to identify and fix errors and issues.- Experience in working in Agile projects.- Good communication skills, go getter attitude at work, very good team player.
