As a Outlet Manager of The Flying Elephant is the driving force behind the revenue generation, marketing, and public relations efforts of our Flagship nightlife establishment. This dynamic role is focused on optimizing profitability through strategic marketing initiatives, public relations campaigns, and exceptional customer experiences.
·Devise and execute revenue-maximizing strategies, including pricing, promotions, and sales tactics.
·Analyse financial reports meticulously to identify opportunities for increased revenue.
·Oversee all aspects of the venue's operations with a sharp focus on financial performance.
·Craft and implement cutting-edge marketing strategies to attract a diverse and loyal customer base.
·Leverage the power of social media, advertising, and promotional events to elevate the venue's visibility.
·Forge strategic partnerships with local influencers and collaborators to bolster the venue's reputation and draw larger crowds.
·Act as the primary point of contact for media and public inquiries, maintaining a positive image for the venue.

· Have a thorough knowledge on P&L , ensuring that cost control measures are in place to protect and enhance profitability.
·Continuously monitor revenue streams and expense categories, adapting strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
·Streamline inventory management processes to reduce waste and minimize costs while maximizing revenue from beverage sales.
·Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnover rates, ensuring a fresh and profitable selection.
·Oversee efficient ordering, receiving, and storage of inventory items.
·Prioritize the venue's aesthetic appeal and cleanliness, recognizing their critical roles in attracting and retaining patrons and revenue.

You will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading business development activities with our marketing team, drive guest satisfaction and lead the service team on the floor. Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management. Minimum 2 years work experience as Outlet Manager or Bar Manager in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
