OT ENGINEER (MANUFACTURING)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced OT Engineer with a strong background in PLC systems and Ignition SCADA to work on data integration from PLCs to Ignition platforms. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in operational technology, PLC programming, and SCADA systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data integration workflows from PLCs to Ignition SCADA systems.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs for data collection, control, and automation in industrial environments.
• Ensure seamless data flow between PLCs and Ignition platforms to support real-time monitoring and control.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize data integration and system performance.
• Maintain and improve existing PLC and Ignition systems, ensuring high reliability and uptime.
• Support automation projects by providing technical expertise on PLCs and Ignition SCADA integration.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in PLC programming, SCADA, and industrial automation technologies.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in operational technology, with a focus on PLCs and Ignition SCADA systems.
• Strong expertise in PLC programming, troubleshooting, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Ignition for SCADA implementation and data visualization.
• Experience in industrial automation and control systems.
