Summary: As an Organization Design Lead, you will be responsible for designing the organization structure, including jobs and teams, reporting relationships, and skills requirements. You will play a crucial role in shaping the organization's structure and ensuring it aligns with business goals and objectives. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic guidance. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep knowledge and experience in organization design. - Should have influencing and advisory skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for making informed decisions regarding the organization's structure. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams and provide solutions to business area problems. - Design the organization structure, including jobs and teams, reporting relationships, and skills requirements. - Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and align the organization structure accordingly. - Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of the current organization structure and recommend improvements. - Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - Strong understanding of organizational design principles and methodologies. - Experience in designing and implementing organization structures in large-scale organizations. - Knowledge of HR processes and practices, particularly in the area of core HR. - Experience in change management and the ability to drive organizational transformations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with HR technology platforms and tools. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
