Main Accountabilities: Review of contract receipt from inter-companies. Clarification of open commercial points with Sales Team. Clarification of open technical points and ensure orders processed on time for execution. Ensure sales orders keyed in SAP and order acknowledgements sent to customer in timely manner. Resolve any open technical points during execution of orders. Closely coordinate and manage order change requests. Close coordination with SCM & Planning for prioritizing the orders. Main contact for customers in project, leading customer meetings. Weekly meeting with SCM & Planning for expediting overdue & priority orders. Follow-up on material shipment, material receipt at site. Challenges: Close collaboration and regular connect with all the relevant stakeholders and functions. Managing expectation of customers and internal stakeholders across diverse geographies & cultures Communication with various disciplines. Making sure, everyone has understood and is truly commited to their contributing task. Anticipate what potentially can go wrong or delay and proactively rise the concerns Knowledge, Skills and Experience : Excellent skills in Speaking, Reading and writing English language Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 - 6 years relevant experience in Order / Project Management. Preference will be given to those who have expereience in handling High Voltage Substation components. Should be familiar in working with SAP. Should possess strong leadership skills & negotiation skills to convince customers & stakeholders Ability to work under pressure to manage customer expectations.
