Oracle Support analyst - Risk Management Cloud (ORMC) & System Administration support role.

Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Support analyst with expertise in Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ORMC) and system administration support role. The role will involve supporting ORMC applications, managing user accounts and roles, ensuring compliance, and performing administrative tasks like user provisioning, role assignments, and system security task.

Responsibilities

Oracle Risk Management Cloud Support:

• Provide functional and technical support for ORMC, compliance monitoring and audit reporting.
• Configure and customize ORMC solutions based on business needs.
• Support testing, deployment, and performance optimization of ORMC updates and patches.

System Administration:

• Manage user creation, role assignments, and data access requests in Oracle Cloud.
• Monitor and remove terminated users from approval groups to prevent workflow failures.
• User role removal for leavers/movers and ensure compliance with password policies.

Essential Skills

Qualify for this role, the candidate must have:

• Experience: 2+ years supporting Oracle Risk Management Cloud (ORMC) and system administration tasks.
• Technical Skills: Experience in user provisioning, role management, and risk management processes in Oracle Cloud.

• Approachable and flexible in work, with availability to cover UK hours.
