Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle DevOps Fusion RTR (Record to Report) Functional Senior to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP systems and a strong background in DevOps practices. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting Oracle Fusion applications with a focus on the RTR module.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion RTR solutions in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps practices into the application lifecycle.
• Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to enhance existing processes and systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation related to Oracle Fusion RTR.
• Provide functional expertise in RTR processes and best practices.
• Support testing activities and assist in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Mentor junior team members and provide training on Oracle Fusion RTR functionalities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle ERP, specifically in the RTR module.
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion applications and related tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
