Role Profile:We are looking for multifaceted and forward-looking Oracle Cloud Fusion - ORMB Lead Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for development, including the setup, configuration, and management, as well as coordinating OCI support and leading & collaborating with the wider transformation teams. The candidate must have full grasp the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioural characteristics of large-scale implementation of Cloud Fusion.As an Oracle Cloud Fusion - ORMB Lead Engineer will be responsible for:Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business collaborators to elicit, analyze, and detail comprehensive reporting requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Provided solutions as per business requirements, project plan estimationsSolution Design: Develop comprehensive solution architectures using Oracle Cloud Fusion Q2C, RMC, ORMBCS, EBS capabilities to address specific business requirements and objectives.Configuration and Implementation: Configure Oracle ERP EBS/Cloud Fusion P2P, R2R, Q2C, RMC, ORMBCS modules, including Revenue Management, Pricing, and Contracts, to align with client-specific needs and industry standard processes.Data Migration: Plan and implement strategic data migration initiatives to populate accurate and complete data.Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement thorough test plans, scenarios, cases to validate the accuracy, performance, and compliance of the solution.Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide comprehensive training and knowledge transfer to end-users and internal teams to enable effective utilization application solutions.Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Build comprehensive documentation for reports, including design specifications, user guides, and maintenance procedures, to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support.Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support for existing reports, addressing user inquiries, solving issues, and implementing improvements as needed to maintain report efficiency.Manage and work with Oracle support, consulting teams and should have a thorough understanding of the process that is involved taking care of Oracle SR’s.Ability to establish relationships and influence outside of authority while demonstrating Oracle expertise and resources.Effective social skills (written and spoken) and strong problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced Agile development and rapid deployment in the Student Cloud/SaaS environmentExtensive experience of Oracle Cloud and EBS R12/RMB ArchitectureHands on Knowledge on Cloud at Customer (GEN I, GEN II) or similar PaaS/IaaS experienceSkills:Proven understanding in Finance business process functions of R2R, P2P, Q2C, RMC, ORMBCS in Oracle Cloud Fusion/EBS.Leading virtual teams, partner across interpersonal boundaries and influence development direction and Ability to empower, grow and guide developers.Agile, DevOps, SDLC industry standard process/methods.Certifications: Relevant Oracle Cloud Fusion certifications, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications or Oracle Fusion Applications certifications.Industry Expertise: Specific domain knowledge in areas such as finance, human capital management, supply chain, or enterprise resource planning.Experience:One Full Life Cycle Implementation experience of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP/EBS-R12 R2R, P2P, Q2C, RMC, ORMBCS.More than 15+years of IT experienceExperience working within a Finance Technology function, preferably with large Financial Services Organization.Experience in driving high availability, resiliency, and scalability of a global Oracle ERP EBS/Cloud Fusion Applications landscape delivering metrics-driven continuous improvements.Experience in continuous delivery, deployment and monitoring of cloud-based services.Ability to work with multi-functional Directors and global leadsDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.Other:LSEG champions a culture committed to the growth of individuals through continuous learning, mentoring and career growth opportunities.LSEG champions a culture of inclusion for all employees that respects their individual strengths, views, and experiences.
