Software Requirements
- Strong proficiency in core Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Expertise in Oracle Apps technical skills, including:
- Oracle Forms
- Oracle Reports
- XML Reports
- Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
- Experience in Oracle Apps EBS customization, data migration, and integration
- Knowledge of technical documentation best practices
Overall Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Oracle Forms and Reports as per business requirements
- Migrate data and integrate Oracle Apps EBS with third-party applications
- Register and maintain application developer functionalities, including forms, reports, Flex fields, and value sets
- Create and maintain technical documentation for development processes and implementations
- Support the implementation and product support of Oracle Applications
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions
Technical Skills (Category-wise)
Database Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience in data migration methods and techniques
Development Skills:
- Proficiency in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports
- Experience with XML Reports
- Knowledge of Oracle Application Framework (OAF)
Customization & Integration:
- Experience in customizing Oracle Forms and Reports
- Development and modification of integrations between Oracle Apps EBS and third-party applications
Workflow & Functional Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Oracle Workflow
- Understanding of core Oracle Apps functional modules (AR/AP/GL/PA)
Scripting:
- Basic knowledge of shell scripting for automation and process improvement
Experience
- 9-12 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Apps EBS technical consulting and development activities
- Proven track record of successful Oracle Apps implementations and support
Day-to-Day Activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions based on gathered requirements
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for Oracle Apps EBS issues
- Maintain project documentation and update technical specifications as needed
- Execute and monitor data migration activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant Oracle certifications in Oracle EBS and/or related technologies would be a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to minimize potential issues
