That's what makes us Rightpoint! Introduction As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing and managing the efficiency of various operational processes across the organization. Your role will involve analyzing workflows, implementing improvements, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results, solve challenges, and make sure day-to-day operations run without a hitch. This is an ideal position for someone with a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a knack for project management. What You’ll Be Doing and the Impact You’ll Make:
Process Optimization: Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operational performance.
Project Management: Manage and oversee operational projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and resources are used efficiently.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to operations, generating reports to track key metrics and inform decision-making.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organization to identify operational needs and ensure smooth coordination.
Documentation & Standardization: Develop, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for operational consistencyProblem Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve operational issues, providing solutions to maintain productivity and minimize disruptions.
Vendor Management: Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring services are delivered as agreed and optimizing external resources.
What We’d Love to See:
2+ years of experience in an operations, project management, or process improvement role, preferably within a remote or hybrid environment.
Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and generating actionable insights.
Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Solid understanding of process improvement methodologies is a plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead discussions on process improvements.
Ability to work independently, think critically, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with ERP systems.
