Our team's mandate is to launch and accelerate adoption of advertising measurement products and services that enhance advertiser experience on Amazon. We are responsible for defining and delivering a collection of self-service measurement solutions that enable Advertisers to understand the full-funnel impact of their Advertising. The third party campaign measurement team (3PCM) is looking for a highly skilled and organized Operations Process Excellence Lead, with a passion for making an impact through innovation and delivering solutions at scale. This role offers a unique opportunity to support our growing business while owning large scale, high impact projects such as third party campaign measurement approvals, budget management, and sales support. You will work closely with our US-based measurement partner management team to flawlessly execute measurement for advertisers globally.
Key job responsibilities
1) Ambiguity Management: You will be working in an ever-changing environment where there is no clear ‘right’ path or solution defined always.
2) Execute flawlessly: Manage financials with a variety of 3rd party partners, ensuring all PO and invoices are issued on time and with accuracy.
3) Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management: Responsible for up-leveling SIM responses and study approvals for 1000+ studies annually, ensuring all technical eligibility criteria are met as well as internal funding processes are followed. Monitor and communicate approvals status to sales, with clear direction on next steps and within an agreed upon timeframe.
4) Deliver results: Achieve weekly productivity and quality targets, drive data-driven decision making and present compelling business cases, and identify operational inefficiencies and implements scalable solutions.
5) Assist with deep dive and root cause resolution for internal sales team issues.
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Master's degree
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in prioritizing multiple tasks of competing priority with the ability to meet deadlines.
