As an Operations Manager for a Custom Jewelry Service Business- on a Global scale, you will oversee end-to-end production planning, vendor management, quality assurance, and logistics for our international jewelry operations. Your goal is to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and ensure smooth execution of all backend operations while aligning with business growth strategies. This role demands a strategic, data-driven mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various stakeholders, primarily the Production Factories, diverse set of raw material vendors, Customer service and Technical teams.
