Operations Manager - Content Team || Dehradun

We're a digital agency seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of content professionals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, developing content strategies, and delivering high-quality content to clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily activities of content team, ensuring timely delivery of content projects and meeting client expectations.
• Develop and implement content strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their content needs and preferences, and provide proactive communication throughout the content development process.
• Manage and prioritize tasks, activities, and processes to maintain high-quality content delivery and meet client deadlines.
• Lead team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and workshops to ensure the team is aligned and working towards common goals.
• Develop and maintain accurate records of project status, client feedback, and team performance.
• Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of content deliverables.
• Demonstrate leadership and expertise in content management, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.

Preferred Qualifications/Requirements:

• 8+ years of overall work experience in content management or a related field.
• Proven team management experience, with a focus on content development and delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of content marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
