Roles and Responsibilities 

• The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and
  coordinating management activities of the operations in conjunction with the
  General Manager.
• Handle day-to-day operations-related tasks
• Play a active role in positioning of the hotel.
• Contribute effectively to guest experiences, manage all guest responses,
  organize guest meet ups, work with line team members to develop guest
  experiences, make operations smoother and easier.
• Identify, analyze and support the improvement of existing business processes to optimize performance
• Work closely with sales & marketing and Revenue teams to enhance and
  optimize the over all performance of the hotel.
• Execute related ad-hoc tasks

• Degree in Hospitality & Hotel Management/MBA in Hospitality Management.
• Must have prior experience in a management role.
• Experience in profit and loss responsibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
