We are looking for: Operations Facilitator,
·Experience working with or in agile teams with good understanding of agile practices. 5-7 years.
·Experience working with agile teams delivering technical solutions.
·You possess excellent communication and people-interaction skills and can rapidly build trust and positively influence others at all levels of the organization.
·You demonstrate a continuous improvement approach - Optimize Operational Processes: Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement in workflows and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
·You are an effective facilitator for all necessary meetings with the team to generate ideas & solutions that address challenges and roadblocks to accelerating value delivery.
·Ensure all processes are well-documented, and updates are communicated to relevant teams.
·Collect and analyze data on key operational metrics to track performance and identify improvement areas.
·Provide regular reports to management on operational performance, project status, and challenges.
·Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them quickly.
·Address conflicts that may arise between teams or departments related to operations.
·Project management and organizational skills
·Resolve conflict through arbitration, negotiation, reasoned discussion, or escalation.
·Foster Team collaboration and help in resolving conflict manage the escalations for L3
·Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Stakeholder liaison between business, DevOps and Release Management.

·BCA/ MCA / Technical Savvy candidates having minimum 8-12 years in software industry having basic knowledge of Agile and Project Management. Great communication and Operations Facilitators need to ensure that the day-to-day activities of an organization run efficiently, supporting the overall business goals and improving the performance of teams. ITIL preferred.
·Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. Knowledge of JIRA & MYIT.
