About the Role:
Functional Expertise: Provide expertise in functional, operational, or product areas within the department, working seamlessly across team boundaries.
Product Administration: Support production activities to ensure schedules and critical deadlines are met.
Direct activities to achieve product targets and adhere to customer specifications and cost schedules.
Utilize resources efficiently to optimize workflow and may oversee budgets for specific products or functions.
Ensure high quality and timely delivery of content, participating in content development for new and existing products.
Team Leadership: Manage and develop team performance through coaching, motivation, and mentoring.
Oversee recruitment, training, and evaluation of staff, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Project Management/Process Improvement: Coordinate workflows and manage inter-departmental relationships.
Drive process improvements and lead project teams to achieve desired results.
Communication: Maintain effective communication across all organizational levels.
Manage stakeholder relationships and address escalated issues proactively.
Site Responsibility (if applicable): Oversee site performance and budget, representing the company at the site level.
About You:
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a people management role.
Proven experience in direct tax filing is essential.
Education: A degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
Professional certifications such as Enrolled Agent (EA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Chartered Accountant (CA) are highly preferred.
