Who we are looking for

Looking for a dynamic candidate who will be part of a highly reputed Investment Bank where you will be playing a key role in managing clients and key stakeholders as part of global operations. Candidate should possess knowledge of Investment Banking domain and well versed with banking terminologies.

The team you will be joining is a part of Asset Service Group, Income team wherein one will Develop & build knowledge of existing markets, their changes and financial instruments by making regular use of various information sources, Provide accurate and detailed information to clients pertaining to Corporate Actions and Income events. Guarantees the support of clients and other relevant stakeholders during the process.

What you will be responsible for

As an Associate you will

• Ensure all Corporate Actions & Income setups, instructions and payments are processed while meeting standards established by the Bank and the team’s procedures
• Contribute to the improvement of service delivery and client satisfaction by sharing improvements to the process whenever applicable
• Manage all queries and client service requests in the dedicated tools to allow statistical analysis of activity and ensure client satisfaction if top most priority
• Resolve all discrepancies, ensure to take action on everyday matters as well as inquiries from all external clients plus internal departments
• Develop and maintain position to reconcile short, long, borrowing plus lending.
• Interact with customers and varied departments on all routine matters as well as inquires

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Any Graduate from a premier University.
• Post Graduate/MBA from a reputed institution.
