Operational Excellence Senior Manager

What you will do

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will report to the Transition Management Senior Director. This role is pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in continuous improvement methodologies, project management, and a proven track record of leading transformational initiatives. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and initiatives.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all documentation related to continuous improvement is accurately maintained and updated.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify areas of improvement for future projects.

What we expect of you

Doctorate degree and 2 years of project management experience OR

Master’s degree and 8 to 10 years of project management experience OR

Bachelor’s degree and 10 to 14 years of project management experience OR

Diploma and 14 to 18 years of project management experience

• Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
• Expertise in project management principles and documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Excellent managerial skills

• Experience in multi-site project models and client communication
• Preferred experience in corporate continuous improvement
