Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled OpenStack Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with OpenStack and a deep understanding of Linux and related infrastructure technologies. As an OpenStack Engineer at Tech Rajendra, you will play a key role in designing, deploying, and managing our cloud infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations and high availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, Implement, and Manage OpenStack Solutions: Develop and maintain OpenStack environments, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.
Infrastructure Automation: Utilize tools like Ansible, Terraform, and other automation frameworks to automate deployment and management tasks.
Linux Administration: Manage Linux-based systems, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize the performance of OpenStack environments, including resource allocation, networking, and storage.
Security Management: Implement and maintain security best practices within the OpenStack environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, Networking, and Security, to deliver integrated solutions that meet business requirements.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architecture, configurations, processes, and procedures related to OpenStack and associated technologies.
Support and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support and troubleshoot issues within the OpenStack environment, ensuring minimal downtime and prompt resolution of incidents.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our infrastructure solutions.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as an OpenStack Engineer or similar role.
Strong expertise in Linux administration and associated technologies.
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or Puppet.
In-depth knowledge of networking concepts, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Relevant certifications in OpenStack, Linux, or related technologies.
