Your Role and Responsibilities As part of the CISO GRC Tooling team you will be responsible for helping to deliver solutions in support of IBM Business Controls, Corporate Assurance, Industry Compliance and Cybersecurity. The solutions provided by the team support document SOX compliance, internal and external auditing, as well as application security reporting. As part of an overall Governance, Risk and Compliance platform offering, the solutions developed by the team enable IBM management of risks, issues and compliance reporting. As an OpenPages developer you will analyze requirement, design, configure and develop solutions through the OpenPages product, test your solution and support operations. To expand capabilities, you will develop custom code using Java and presentation layers in Javascript/React
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
3+ years of Java, relational databases, and API development experience
3+ Experience with JavaScript
Experience with container-based deployment methodology
Demonstrated logical and programming ability to resolve complex business problems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
2 years of experience with the OpenPages product
Knowledge of the Carbon Design System
Good understanding of the MVC and other Patterns
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
