About the Role:
Has expert TR product knowledge and knows the business operations and systems to consult with internal and external customers.
Work closely with the customer to develop and implement TR solutions.
Takes a leading role within a project implementation team.
Conducts business and requirements sessions and formulates requirements into design/solution documentation.
Works with clients to translate their policy into our solutions.
Engage with other key teams such as Product Management & Engineering within Thomson Reuters as appropriate to deliver end to end solutions.
Customizes and configures applications to agreed specifications.
Designs, develops, and documents project deliverables per project timelines and budgets agreed with customers.
Provides training of end users and customer development staff in the functionality of products.
Prepares and execute test scripts and test cases. Provides ongoing support for escalated problems.
Provides go-live support (e.g. customer inquiries, requests for ad hoc reporting assistance, miscellaneous research, advice on analytic methods).
Manages resources, and stakeholders' expectations.
About You:
Hands-on experience in Information Technology / Finance Systems (e.g. ERP or Software development, implementation, support), either in an internal or external role.
IT literate and technology passionate.
Change management.
Programming knowledge or desire to learn. Experience in delivering to the highest standards in a fast-moving environment with conflicting priorities.
Fast learner and self-driven mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. In particular, the ability to see problems objectively (e.g. from client’s viewpoint). Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written).
