The Recruiting Senior Specialist is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination for Interview Scheduling with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to participate in various recruitment initiatives in support of the overall business strategy.Responsibilities:Will be doing interview scheduling on daily basis.Coordinating with candidates and Interviewers for booking the calendars.Partner with HR, Recruiters, and Business managers, to successfully manage recruiting initiativesAssist multiple geographically dispersed Recruiters and/or Recruiting ManagersInteract with various levels of candidates, Human Resources (HR), and managers to schedule interviews and ensure a successful on-boarding experienceInteract with internal resources and outside vendors regarding pre-employment requirements, generate internal and external offer letter, and arrange accommodations and transportation for remote candidatesComplete HR System transactions, such as entering new employee data, processing job and payroll changes and ensuring compliance with all established guidelinesPerform work in compliance with applicable regulations pertaining to immigration and work authorizationQualifications:6months-1 years of relevant experienceExperience with Human Resources policies and practices preferredBasic knowledge of the organization, the business, and its policiesAbility to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirementsConsistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communicationDetail orientedEducation:High School diploma or equivalentThe Recruiting Senior Specialist is an entry level position responsible for assisting in the execution and delivery of recruitment activities in coordination for Interview Scheduling with the Human Resources team.
