Could you be the full-time Officer – Administration in Bangalore,we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your meticulous financial acumen in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated, detail-oriented teammates.
You'll be pivotal in managing data for all Facilities & Administration spend across locations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Leadership team, Finance, Procurement), support procurement processes for timely delivery, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of creating periodic extracts on Budget vs Actual performance, developing forecasts for Facilities & Real Estate commitments, but also operating various process tools associated with procurement and payments.
We’ll look to you for:
Data management for Facilities & Administration spend
Creating and analyzing Budget vs Actual performance reports
Developing forecasts for Facilities & Real Estate commitments
Supporting procurement and associated processes
Monitoring dashboards and risk hedging process conformity
Reconciliation of vendor invoices and prevention of duplicate payments
