Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Offer Management Specialist with 8 to 9 years of expertise to oversee the end-to-end offer management. This role will focus on developing competitive offers, enhancing employee engagement, and negotiating salary packages to attract and retain top talent.


  • End-to-End Offer Management: Manage the entire offer lifecycle, from initial proposal through to acceptance, ensuring alignment with company goals and market standards.
  • Salary Negotiation: Lead negotiations on salary and benefits packages, balancing organizational budget with employee expectations to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Candidate Value Proposition: Assist in developing and refining the organization’s Candidate Value Proposition (CVP) by gathering insights and feedback to ensure it effectively communicates the benefits and opportunities available to candidates.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement throughout the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research to benchmark salaries, benefits, and other offer components against industry standards and competitors.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, recruitment, and department heads to ensure offers meet the needs of the business and candidates.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain comprehensive records of all offers and negotiations, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations.
  • Onboarding process: Take full ownership of the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees, fostering a welcoming and engaging experience from day one.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in offer management, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successfully managing salary discussions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
