Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Day 1 head end configuration for all new SDWAN CPE.
2. Modification/Creation of new templates only for new CPEs.
3. Maintain Versa SDWAN solution
4. Helps solve reported Versa related and network problems of varied complexity.
5. Troubleshooting network Versa SDWAN related issues in production networks.
5. Good understanding of various NATTING deployments and design
6. Basic understanding of hardware level troubleshooting and system level
troubleshooting
7. Experience in troubleshooting networking and SD-wan related issue in
production deployments
8. Debugging hardware & software system level problems in a Versa SDWAN
network environment.
Coverage
1. Upkeep SDWAN branch connectivity and network performance by providing
onsite support during branch business hours.
2. Ensure seamless functionality of all Versa Controller and Edge devices catering
to branch connectivity and performance
Deliverables
1. Experience in planning and designing or operating service provider or large
enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
2. Developing, implementing, and deploying SD-WAN and SDN configurations
3. Providing support and troubleshooting technical issues
4. Creating and following SD-WAN and SDN implementation plans
5. participate in other next-gen technical project delivery
6. Work with cross functional team for solution development and training and
knowledge sharing
7. Troubleshooting & restoring SDWAN applications & network related issues as
observed during the course of operations.
8. Practices to make devices & operations more efficient.
9. Perform hands-on tests to validate customer proof-of-concept setups, network
designs, and network deployments using new products and feature.
10. Overall responsibility of expert level for technical support (Incident, Problem,
Critical Changes)
11. Must have hands-on experience on IP Networking CCNA /CCNP, Routing
protocols (RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, GETVPN, DHCP, DNS, NAT, BFD, Application aware Routing & QoS) and switching (VLAN, Trunking, Dot1x, various flavours
of STP)
12. Resource must be preferably CCNP Certified | Versa Certified
13. Ensuring resolution of the incidents & SDWAN Applications availability as per
the agreed SLAs & Availability.
