Summary: As a Network Operations Representative, you will configure, integrate, and manage the life cycle of telecommunication network elements and associated configuration across Fulfillment and Assurance. You will also manage back office system data records and support customer activations and configuration adjustments. Your typical day will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of the telecommunication network and providing support to customers. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Support customer activations and configuration adjustments.

- Good To Have Skills: Experience with network configuration management tools.
- Strong understanding of telecommunication network elements and their life cycle management.
- Experience in managing back office system data records.
- Knowledge of customer activation and configuration adjustment processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Infrastructure Program Control Services.
