Join us as a Network Support Engineer, Senior in Hyderabad.What you will do in this role: Have the responsibility for day-to-day support and advancement of our global network infrastructure, which includes areas such as:Data Center Switching and Routing as well as Campus Switching and RoutingWAN technologies such as SD-WAN and IPsec VPNRemote Access VPNCloud networkingNetwork infrastructure as code with Python, Ansible and Terraform.Network Management, Monitoring, Alerting and Logging Monitor network utilization and performance.Troubleshoot and escalate appropriately upon network incidents.Multi-task efforts that may include other providers.Document technical engineering procedures for use by other members of the IT Infrastructure team.Contribute to roadmap, architectural direction, and continuous improvement.Communicate proactively about opportunities, expectations, timelines, risks, and issues.Perform knowledge transfer to other members of the IT Infrastructure Team.Assist in vendor negotiations and the RFP/RFI process.Act as a resource for others at peer or above level; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirementsAct as a resource for colleagues with less experienceSolve complex problems by taking a new perspective on developing solutions; exercises judgement based on the analysis of multiple sources of informationTo be successful in this role we need someone who has: BE or BTech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.Classic Network Engineering experienceUnderstanding of Cisco Nexus data center switching and Cisco Catalyst switching conceptsUnderstanding, deployment, and troubleshooting experience with BGP and OSPF routing protocols.Cloud networking experienceUnderstanding of fundamental networking concepts in Azure as well as relevant experienceUnderstanding of fundamental networking concepts in AWS as well as relevant experienceInfrastructure as code experienceExperience with Git and GitHubExperience with Linux shell and PythonExperience with Ansible and Terraform Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Exceptional ability and solid desire to learn new skillsAdditionally, it would be beneficial if you have: Holding Azure or AWS network certificationHolding Linux certificationHolding CCNA or CCNP certificationIf this sounds like you and fits your experience and career goals, we’d be happy to chat.What we offer in return is the opportunity to experience a great company culture with wonderful colleagues to learn from and collaborate with and to enjoy: 30 days of earned leave plus an extra day off for your birthday, various other leaves like marriage leave, casual leave, maternity leave, and paternity leave.
