About this Team:

The Mainframe Operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our mainframe systems. This team plays a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of our mainframe infrastructure, which supports various business applications and processes.

What You will be doing:

• Working on Client Network Devices (SD-WAN, Routers, Switches, Wireless etc.) , Upgrades, Migrations etc
• Performs device configurations, internal operating system upgrades and software upgrades and deploys network devices including routers, switches, load balancers and firewalls.
• Follows documented network services processes and procedures – identifies gaps in processes or documentation and suggests improvements.
• Monitors, responds and provides resolution for all network problem and incident tickets.
• Utilizing case management system (CMS), documents status updates and problem resolutions.

What You bring:

• Should have overall 7-10 years of experience as network engineer.
• Should be willing to work in rotational Shifts .
• Very solid understanding of below.

1- Network Architecture

2- Routing and switching.

3- BGP in depth

4- SD-WAN (must have)

5- Wireless
