Job Responsibilities:
• Provide netsuite implementation services to new and existing customer
• Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality
• Configure/customize NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements
• Strong knowledge of Netsuite end to end functionality to support user queries
• Work with customers to personalize NetSuite software to support customer business requirements
• Should have experience in leading offshore/onshore delivery team (functional and/or technical) with execution capability on the delivery of NetSuite
• Works on customer requests or issues and support the user Queries
• Good understanding of NetSuite, architectures, concepts and its service offerings
• Ability to resolve routine issues per defined parameters and procedures, and advance when vital
• Mentor and review the work of more junior Netsuite consultant team members Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information Systems
• 5 + years of experience working with NetSuite
• Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting/ERP, CRM and Ecommerce
• Some consulting experience with QuickBooks, Great Plains and , NetSuite
• Certified CPA (Preferable)
• NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification (Preferable)
• Customer relationship competence and strong consulting skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
