Introduction to role:
Join our IT team in Chennai as a .Net Engineer, where you will be part of the Frontend Technologies supporting US/Canada based web and mobile functionality. With broad functional knowledge in your domain and in-depth technical knowledge in .Net Framework, ASP.Net and SQL Server, you will be instrumental in supporting ASP.NET and SQL Server related applications.
Accountabilities:
As an Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues reported by business users and delivering enhancements as required. You will anticipate project issues, identify possible causes, work with the team to identify solutions, and implement the most appropriate solution. You will also assist in requirement analysis, effort estimation and solution/technical design for enhancements. Your excellent customer service skills will be crucial in providing high level service to our business users and adhering to our SLAs.
Essential Skills/Experience:
- 2 to 4 Years of Experience required in ASP.Net and C#.Net and MS SQL
- Technical hands-on experience in React/NodeJS, Web APIs, MVC, PL/SQL Oracle/SQL Server
- Exposure to various Integration Methodologies.
- Candidate should be ready to learn new technologies as per project requirements.
- Capabilities for Problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis.
- Should be aware of release governance processes and have experience in working on any incident management tool.
- Good to have knowledge in AI/ML, SnapLogic.
- Experience of working in Sales & Marketing Portfolio preferably in Life Sciences Industry.
