.Net Developer (1 to 3 Years) with Excellent Communication Skill - Pune Location || Immediate JoinersWork Location - Pune Experience - 1 to 3 YearsShift Timing - 2:00 PM - 11:00 PMWhat does a great Software Development Engineer do in Fiserv?You will be responsible for providing expert software engineering, implementation, and general IT services to XD clients. TLs provide consulting and mentoring services to clients, internal resources, and cross-functional partners. The role is expected to collaborate with Project Management Leadership (PM and Delivery Manager), as a primary project partner, as well as with the rest of the practices that make up the implementation team. What you will do Take complete technical ownership of the implementation project by providing technical direction and leadership, planning and delivery execution and for all technical aspects of the project. Work and coordinate closely with various stake holders like IA, PM, Developers, technical resources across all Fiserv groups, Client contacts and the Client’s third-party vendors and Leadership team.  Deliver quality implementations and services while meeting organizational corporate goals and providing exceptional client experience. Demonstrate detailed knowledge of configurations, customizations, and integrations. PM’s, IAs and team primary contact point to identify and provide technical input to project plans on tasks, time estimates, dependencies, and assignments. Provide technical consulting throughout the project, both internally and customer facing. Manage delivery of Code Change requests (end-to-end steps for promoting code across environments, any required requests, approval, validation upon installation, etc.) Accountable for understanding technical implementation efforts across all technical implementation disciplines and working with team, during the life of the project, on adjusting the staffing contour in Clarity to reflect proper capacity demand in Clarity. Handle mission critical projects during and after implementation. Accountable for driving production incidents to resolution, by analyzing and coordinating with the required parties and always acting as the owner and leader of the situation. Discuss technical issues with business analysts and developers. Understand the impact of changes across the application. Build the technical components of the go-live playbook and support technical aspects of pilot and go-live plan. The position requires working in shifts, 2 PM to 11 PM IST
Job Description *What you will need to have -1+ years of relevant experience Financial industry experience Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills, including ability to work on time sensitive projects to meet deliverables by expected due date. Analytical skills to assess client business need, identify solutions, and manage requirements. Good troubleshooting skills & communication skills Ready to work on OnBase (ECM) platformWork on multiple projects in parallel. Excellent communication skills including written and verbal with client facing experience. Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with good follow-up skills and attention to detail Proficient in computer systems and personal computer use Knowledge of business methods and practices in the financial services industry is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Creative problem-solving skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Ability to exercise appropriate judgment/decision making skills to ensure client success. Initiate and or attend troubleshooting sessions during regular and after hours when needed on priority. Work with internal teams on process/automation improvements. Manage priorities within and across projects based on a fast-paced culture while continuing to focus on quality of deliverables. Incumbents may coach, cross-train, strain, assist, and in general help others as assigned. What would be great to haveBachelor’s degree in information technology/science or related fields 1+ years proven experience with client implementations / services, dealing with internal and external clients. Technically sound in IIS, ASP.NET, C# and SQL Server. Demonstrated planning and leadership skills.
