Key Responsibilities:

• Lead inquiry-based learning in collaboration with faculty, ensuring alignment with the IB curriculum.
  
• Serve as a homeroom teacher, managing pastoral care, academic progress, and communication with parents.
  
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons, both in and out of the classroom.
  
• Modify teaching strategies to cater to diverse student needs and abilities.
  
• Support students with individual education plans in collaboration with the Inclusion Team.
  
• Participate in after-school enrichment programs and passion projects.
  
• Ensure confidentiality and maintain positive relationships with students and faculty.
  
• Set and achieve professional development targets annually.
